District "Hygiene in a Box" Community Outreach in Skid-row, downtown LA - April 2009

Our District Rotaract & Union Rescue Mission delivered collected hygiene items & personally delivered them to "hotels" for the homeless, sick, & needy by foot.

Redondo Beach Rotary Viva Las Vegas Casino Night- March 2009

Members of El Camino College, Santa Monica College, & South Bay Rotaract volunteered all day to set-up for the event, work the check-in desk, issue wristbands/ poker chips, silent auction, raffles, etc to help fundraise for a District Rotaract Heifer Ark to Tanzania, Africa.
