District Structure of 5280

Our Rotaract program covers many areas keeping us on the cutting edge of Rotaract District Development. The Rotarians and Rotaractors in 5280 are dedicated to creating a vision and dream experienced by all Rotaract club members here in Los Angeles. Our Rotary and Rotaract Leadership teams meets constantly to modify our operating model, thus proving a number of successes to all the Rotaract Clubs in District 5280. There secret is leveraging and developing partnerships easily built into our organization through Rotary Officer acting as mentors to our Rotaract District Offices, this is encouraged down to the club level. Our members in many cases work with their sponsoring Rotary Club President as they become mentors on a variety of levels to their perspective Rotaract Club President. This belief is established with the idea that one day we too will be Rotarians.
